"I just had a great energy release session with Damian Leuthold, in his lovely healing space in North Boulder. I highly recommend him. His energy is very respectful and I felt safe, which I don’t always feel, especially the first time working with someone. I felt very supported in my healing process with his work.
I lay clothed under a soft blanket, which felt very womb-like and comforting. He used a combination of techniques, channeling energy through his hands. What I was most aware of was sinking into a deeply relaxing, meditative state which strengthened my awareness of energy constrictions in various parts of my body (especially around the chakras). I could then feel my own healing energy supported by his touch and his work. This helped me release some tightness in my body as well as some emotions.
From time to time he checked in with me and asked about how I was doing. He asked some great questions which helped me to investigate the tight places. His questions directed my attention deeper into the energy within my body and helped me have some clear psychological/emotional insights, including one very important one.
I experience Damian as professional, caring, skilled in several modalities and deeply intuitive. He tuned into what was happening within my being and tailored his touch to what my body and being asked for at the time. His work is subtle yet deep.
I felt like the work was quite capable of going even deeper, but he respectfully worked with what my system was ready for at the time. I came away feeling cared for and supported.
I felt a little groggy for the rest of the day after the session and went to bed early. Then the next day I felt a clearer sense of being in my body, calmly alert, and more self-assured and relaxed than usual. This is some good stuff!"
