Damian is a native of Boulder. Growing up in Boulder gave him an early exposure to of some of the revolutionary manual therapies that came out of the human potential movement. Even as a child he had a good feel for body work.
He experienced profound changes in his relationship to and awareness of his body after receiving the Rolfing 10 series from Gael Ohlgren in 1995. He started his formal body work training soon after by studying Skillful Touch at the Rolf Institute and CranioSacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute. His more recent studies have included Abdominal Chi Massage from the Sunshine Institute and Visceral Manipulation with the Barral Institute. He is also a musician, dancer, teacher, and computer programmer (including this web site). |
